BACTERIA CONTROL
[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text el_class=”bigP”]Introduction
There are many pollutants in our environment, especially in enclosed air-conditioned places. Present in the air and on the surfaces are many tiny bio microbes, which are particles from living things e.g. micro-organisms, their fragments and metabolic products or toxins. These airborne and surface microbes are acknowledged as the leading cause of numerous illnesses e.g. sick building syndrome and building-related illness.
Airborne and surface microbes include:
- Pathogens – viruses, bacteria and fungi which causes measles, chicken pox, legionnaires’ disease, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases
- Allergens – bacteria, fungi and their by products which causes allergic rhinitis, asthma, humidifier fever and hypersensitivity pneumonitis
- Toxins – endotoxins, mycotoxins and VOC which causes a variety of toxic effects, irritation and odours
IKARI Anti-Bac System integrates the finest anti-bacteria technology available with superior service. We possess a wide range of advanced and low-toxic bactericidal materials and equipment, allowing us to design a specific, effective and safe solution for every individual client. Moreover, IKARI’s R & D department is constantly seeking to improve on the system and to provide even more value-add to its clients in future.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text el_class=”bigP”]
Benefits of IKARI Anti-Bac System |
| - Enhances cleanliness and freshness
- Low level of toxicity to human and animals
- Prevention of economic loss
- Reduction of a health hazard

The AB (Anti-Bacterial) method eliminates bacterial contamination.
The work process is as follows:
1. Pre-examination for site condition
| - Sampling by swab or by air sampler method
- Incubation for culture and isolation of bacteria
- Observation of bacterial under microscope for identification
- From the result of our anti-bacterial activity test, applicable materials and
equipment are selected for treatment
- Final decision of anti-bacterial coating / treatment from the results of our
examination and these results are reported to the client
| |
| 2. Process (implementation) of AB system |
| - Disinfecting
- Strip off and clean up infestation location
- Apply disinfectant
- Treated with anti-bacterial materials
| |
| 3. Follow-up on the AB execution performed4. Types of application and equipment used: |
| a. Checking | |
| - ATP Test
- Air Sampler
- Stamp Check
| |
| b. Surface Disinfection and Sterilisation (for surface microbes) | |
| - ULV (Ultra Low Volume) method
- HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) spray method
| |
| c. Space Disinfection and Sterilisation (for airborne microbes) | |
| - CMS (Cleanliness Machine System)
- CBM (Clean Bio Master)
| |
| d. Contact Disinfection and Sterilisation (for individuals) | |
| - Hand Disinfector / Sanitizer
- Baclean Dispenser (with anti-bacterial soap)
